Landlord Package Deals 
Landlord Certificate – Gas Safety Check to the property and a basic gas check to all appliances. 

Landlord Package 1 – Including the Landlord Certificate above, plus a full Boiler service and a Full Fire Service OR Unvented Cylinder Service 

Landlord Package 2 – Including the Landlord Certificate, plus a full boiler service, a full fire service OR Unvented Cylinder Service and an Electricians EICR.
