Plumbing and Heating Emergencies
If you have an emergency, our engineers will attend as quickly as possible to help resolve the issue. If parts are needed and can't be sourced the same day, we'll ensure you're left safely and temporarily fixed until we can return to get everything permanently up and running.
Out of Hours Emergencies
For emergencies outside our normal working hours, please call 08718 718 507 (out-of-hours rates apply — our average call-out cost is approximately £300.00 + VAT).
Please note: if your issue falls under guidance covered in the manufacturer's homeowner user guide or found not to be a fault of MCKS workmanship, it will not be classed as an emergency and will be chargeable.
If you're within your 2-year warranty with a National House Builder, please check your handover pack first to confirm whether your issue is covered under that warranty, otherwise you may be charged.

What Doesn't Count as an Emergency?
Containable leaks
Dripping taps
A running overflow pipe
Low water pressure (check your boiler manual for guidance)
Partial heating — e.g. one or two radiators not heating up
No hot water where an immersion heater is still working (i.e. water can still be heated manually while the boiler is out of action
