If you have a plumbing or heating emergency, our engineers will get to you as soon as possible to fix the problem. If parts aren’t immediately available, we’ll make a safe temporary repair until a permanent fix can be arranged.

For emergencies outside normal working hours, please call 0871 871 8507 (out-of-hours rates apply, average cost around £300 + VAT).
If your issue is covered by your new build warranty, please check your handover pack before calling.Emergencies include:
Uncontainable water leaks (turn off your stopcock under the sink)
Complete loss of heating or hot water
Not classed as emergencies:
Containable leaks or dripping taps
Overflow pipes running
Low water pressure
Partially working heating
No hot water if immersion heater works
